I was so happy when this came in. a lot of people don’t know but the two straps are not on when it arrives and they put the straps on and don’t know how to charge it. when your looking at the face of the watch there’s a little circle on the screen, that’s the bottom . the big strap goes on the bottom and the smaller strap goes on the top prong. that top prong is how you charge it. you plug it into a USB port. I use a wall charger with a USB port and plug it into wall. I love this item and have already recommended it to a few people!
